I tend to think of this grief quote as validation for the journey and how difficult it may be. Even in times of support and healing, you may still feel isolation and loneliness. There may be too many moments of feeling misunderstood, unseen, or unheard.

The emotional roller coaster must be endured. The pain of your loss must be embraced. And the uniqueness of your journey must be honored.
