Grief Quotes October 12, 2023

"Grief is like the ocean; it comes on waves ebbing and flowing. Sometimes the water is calm, and sometimes it is overwhelming. All we can do is learn to swim." — Vicki Harrison

Watching the waves, feeling their power, and knowing they never stop. That’s a powerful metaphor for acknowledging the cycle of life and understanding that grief will always have its moments. But you will be okay.
