Coping With Too Much Loss

A new Grief Refuge support program for people managing multiple losses and are dealing with grief overwhelm

Please join us for a new multiple loss grief support group starting February 6th. We will meet online each Monday for 8 consecutive weeks. The group will start on February 6th at 8pm ET | 5pm PT and complete on March 28th. Each Monday, group will meet for 90 minutes.

This is a closed group, limited to 12 participants. We will use Zoom to meet each time.

Stop Yourself From Feeling Grief Overwhelm

This grief support group is provided to people who feel overwhelmed by grief and have suffered more than one loss. You will have the time and space to feel seen, heard, and supported throughout your grief journey. There will also be supplemental education and content based on Dr. Alan Wolfelt's book, Too Much Loss: Coping with Grief Overload

As a participant in the group, you will:

  • Get needed support to help cope with loss and manage your grief.

  • Feel soothed and comforted to help ease the sense of loneliness and isolation.

  • Learn practical ways to handle the feelings of hopelessness and despair.

  • Gain a framework and understanding for how to understand and navigate your grief journey.

This multiple loss support group is facilitated by Garrick Colwell. Garrick is an experienced Grief Educator, Online Facilitator, and Grief Companion. Garrick has worked in affiliation with Grief Refuge since April 2020.

Due to the sensitivity of the topic, seating is limited to 12 participants. This allows for a more sacred and safe space to support your personal healing and transformation.
