Individual Grief Support
Grief is a difficult and often lonely journey. When it seems everyone else has moved on, where do you turn? It’s natural to long for safety and a place where you don’t have to defend your authentic emotions or pretend to “carry on.”
“You get it. You get me,” clients tell me with a sense of hope.
There are times when your grief needs extra attention. It helps to have a sounding board; a person who will bear witness without judgment. Someone skilled to help you process, feel cared for, and hopeful about healing.
Your support network may be strong but you may still feel isolated, unseen, and alone. You may have joined a support group and felt more isolated and alone. You may have tried therapy and found the techniques didn’t match your needs.
When you feel this way, it helps to get extra support. Grief Refuge’s founder, Reid Peterson, offers individual grief support sessions to help you navigate your loss(es) and manage your grief.
If you would benefit from more support at this time, schedule a free consultation with Reid. When receiving 1:1 support, you’ll feel heard, seen, and understood; key elements to grieving and healing.
“I had given up on anyone understanding my losses until I met Reid. He’s helped me change my grief and outlook on life - for the better.” J.C.
