Join this Group to Feel Less Alone in Grief
If you would like to feel less isolation and loneliness as you grieve, join us for this healing support group.
This grief support group is provided to people who feel isolated by grief and have incessant needs to feel more connected, seen, and understood. Our group will discuss your current circumstances and explore tools and techniques to apply to feel more supported in your grief.
As a participant in Feeling Less Alone, you will:
Get needed support to help cope with loss and manage your grief.
Feel soothed and comforted to help ease the sense of loneliness and isolation.
Learn practical tools and tips for getting more support.
Laugh, cry, and connect with others in a supportive community setting.

This grief support group is facilitated by Reid Peterson. Reid is the Founder and Creator of Grief Refuge. Reid has combatted and managed loneliness and isolation while grieving multiple losses in his adult life. He is also certified in Death and Grief studies by the Center for Loss and Life Transition.
Due to the sensitivity of the topic, seating is limited to 20 participants. This allows for a more sacred and safe space to support your personal healing and transformation.
